Team Takahe's Terrific Fitness!
On Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday the whole of Team Takahe get together for fitness. We do 'Jump Jam' on the back court. (Mrs Aberhart got so excited about it that we bought a new sound-system for our team to use so we can hear the music properly!) Miss Hygate even tries to join in with us and she needs to improve her fitness so that she doesn't end up so red in the face!!!
