Matthew's 1000 Metre Swim
My 1000 metre swim took place at Graham Condon. It was tiring, doing free style 40 lengths of the 25 metre pool. I did it on the exact day as my brother did the Weet-bix tryathlon. And on my last lap the most unusual thing happened, I found a set of keys on the bottom of the pool. So I took them to my dad after I did my last lap. "I found a set of keys, what do I do?" I asked "See if it is that mans," I quickly glanced over to see a old man putting his head under the water looking for something. I dive into the pool with the keys and say "Are these yours?" I asked holding up the keys. "Oh thank you young man!" he said and then I hoped out of the pool and went to get changed. The end. By Matthew room 25
